Hinkley Family Reunion

Held July 28-30, 2006

Photos from the Reunion

The last weekend in July not only brought in a heat wave, but a wave of folks from all over the country. Ninety Hinkley relatives came for a family reunion – and where better to hold it but in a place called Hinckley?

Festivities included camping, canoeing, golf, go-cart rides, karaoke hosted by Lonny Bostrom, visits to the Hinckley Fire Museum, great food, and great conversation. Custom T-shirts were worn, with each family branch wearing a different color. There were four generations represented, ages 1 to 80, at the weekend event held at Linda’s Lodge.

Everyone in the family received a copy of the family cookbook we put together, along with a CD containing photos from the big together. If you did not receive yours, please let us know.

P.S. Have you read your copy of From Whence I Came yet? Learn interesting facts about your Hinkley ancestors!
